IN THE PAST I'VE BEEN SENSITIVE TO THE NEEDS OF PARENTS, BUT IN TIME WE'VE NOTICED THAT STOPPING THE WEAVE APPLICATION PROCESS FOR A MOTHER TO DISCIPLINE THEIR CHILD MAKES THE INSTALLATION MUCH LONGER THAN IT HAS TO BE FOR THE CLIENT, FOR THE STYLISTS AND FOR THE CLIENTS AFTER YOU. ALSO, SEATING IS LIMITED. A SALON ENVIRONMENT IS NOT CHILD-PROOF, SO AS WELL AS AN ATTEMPT TO GET YOU SERVICES AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE; THIS IS ALSO FOR THE SAFETY OF YOUR CHILD(REN). WE ALSO CANNOT CONTROL THE LANGUAGE ON T.V., RADIO OR OTHERS' CONVERSATION IN THE ROOM.

BECAUSE OF LIMITED AVAILIABILITY, EVERY WEEK WE UNFORTUNATELY HAVE TO TURN DOWN POTENTIAL APPOINTMENTS BECAUSE THEY BOOK FAST. PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT OUR SALON SERVICES AREN'T OPEN TO WALK-IN'S, SO THAT MEANS THAT YOUR APPOINTMENT SPACE IS RESERVED FOR YOU & YOU ONLY. YOUR COOPERATION IS SO GREATLY APPRECIATED. THAT BEING SAID, IF YOU'RE HOLDING A SPOT AND NEVER REALLY INTENDED ON COMING, YOU'RE TAKING THE OPPORTUNITY AWAY FROM SOMEONE WHO IS SERIOUS. PLEASE, LET'S JUST BE CONSIDERATE. IF YOU ARE A FIRST-TIME CLIENT AND YOU CANCEL YOUR FIRST APPOINTMENT YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO BOOK ANOTHER. LOYAL CLIENTS CAN CANCEL WITH ABILITY TO RE-BOOK (WE'RE NOT INSENSITIVE TO EMERGENCIES OCCURING), BUT ABUSE OF THIS POLICY WILL RESULT IN NO MORE BOOKING AS WELL. LASTLY, TIME IS MONEY; SO LET'S NOT BE WASTEFUL. THINK TWICE BEFORE BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT.
KEEP IN MIND: Please allow yourself enough time.For a glue in, you will be under my hair care for approx 35 mins(1 hour if you want it curled or crimped as well), & for a sew in you will be under my hair care for approx 2 1/2 hours (3 hours if you want it curled or crimped as well).
IT IS OUR MANNERS AND COMMON COURTESY THAT DEFINE OUR CHARACTER. IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT PLEASE DO SO IN A TIMELY MANNER.
FOR FIRST TIME CLIENTS:
* "NO CALL/NO SHOW" = NO TOLERANCE. You will not be able to re-book.
* If you cancel less than 72 hours prior to your scheduled apt, you will not be able to re-book.
* 10 late grace period is allowed, as of the 11th minute a $10 fee will have accrued. At the 15th minute you will be assumed a no call/no show, and will be canceled without opportunity to re-book.
FOR LOYAL REPEAT CLIENTS:
* "NO CALL/NO SHOW" = 1 TIME EXCEPTION, ONLY IF ANOTHER APPOINTMENT IS MADE WITHIN 24 HOURS OF THE INCIDENT. $25 no call fee is required (this fee is in addition to the regular fee for your services.) If no replacement appointment is made, you will no longer be my client. The $25 no call fee must be paid at the time you re-book the replacement appointment.
* If you cancel an appointment less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled time, there will be a $20 fee added to your next appointment's total. This will only be allowed once.
* 15 minute late grace is allowed. At the 16th minute, a $5 late fee will have accrued. At the 20th minute you will be assumed a no call/no show and will be canceled.
